With general binding estimates, we come do a walk through free of charge and take about ten minutes. We then give 1 PRICE. This is your price when you move. You will not be charged anymore than what is in writing, unlike weighted or hourly rates.

Why do you offer free shrink wrapping?

As a moving company we want to ensure that all your property is safe a secure. As a mover we will cover your furniture with heavy moving pads then shrink wrap with a heavy gage plastic material. This protects your furniture from damage before leaving the house and also on the truck. Most damage occurs during transit, using the shrink wrap on the truck is like velcro. All items stick together and prevent sliding. Sliding can occur even with the use of tie downs. Also customer may leave all items in their dressers, to save on packing. Dressers will be wrapped with the drawers inside, unlike most movers who remove your drawers.

Why should I chose your company rather than a large company?

All of our employees are hand picked and trained. Our men don't just earn a paycheck! Our employees have been with us many years. We take pride in doing quality work. We currently operate with four trucks. Your property will not be loaded with another customers. Our men will stay till the job is done. Either it being four truck loads, or 12 hours. We break down and set up beds and dressers. Unhook and rehook up appliances.

Why do you offer free insurance?

We offer insurance free to the customer for many reasons! Most moving companies offer insurance upgrades for pure profit. As a moving company we take pride in our services. If any item is damaged we will take the item and have it repaired to its orginal condition!

How much advance notice do I have to give for a move?

We usually ask for at least one week notice. Of course the most desirable dates for moving are the end and beginning of the month. With the understanding of closing dates unknown, we will do short notice moves from one day to same day!

What are you hours of operation?

We work seven days a week from 7am till 8 pm. There is not an overtime charge for Saturday or Sunday!

Tips for Making Your Move More Efficient

-Don�t take time for granted. It usually takes longer than you think it will.
-Don�t get a truck/van that�s too small. Making more than one trip wastes valuable time.
-Have as much packed as possible. Packing takes time and time is at a premium.
-Distribute heavier items, such as books, into several boxes.
-Move as much as possible into the room that�s closest to the front or back door.
-Remember to pace yourself�you�ll need to have energy left for the end of the move!
-If you�re going to help with the move, don�t wear sandals or open-toed shoes!
-Don�t forget to buy plastic mattress covers (get 2) and rent blankets.
-Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of Gatorade or water. Don�t move on an empty stomach!
-Hire experienced people to do your move. Do you really want �help� from an inexperienced person?
-Beware of people who claim they can move your specialized, expensive items, like pianos, cheaply.
-Be extremely careful when moving your Plasma/LCD TVs. Make sure your movers know
how to handle them so they won�t need expensive recalibrating.
-If you need to tie down your items, use real rope - not clothesline or plastic/nylon.
