Looking for a sublet starting January 2010. The length of stay is negotiable. First floor apartment, about a 15 minute walk from the Syracuse University campus. Big kitchen and living room. 1 and a half bathrooms. Everything is well-kept, with some new windows. Laundry in the basement. Utilities are separate, rent is $300 a month.
I have three other roommates, everyone is very friendly and respectful. All are undergrads at Syracuse University. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to a few restaurants and convenience stores.
