On Westcott St., near Barry Park (2 minute walk), 5 minute walk from Ed Smith Elementary school, 10 minute walk to SU campus.
Comes with Refrigerator, Electric Stove, Washer/Dryer, some furnishings.
Rent is 1200.00 per month, with some negotiation possible, utilities are extra.
Pets are negotiable, with an extra security deposit, however no security beyond that would be required.
The house will be available late November or early December for sublet. The current lease runs through July of 2010, at which point you could negotiate with the landlord regarding renewal.
