I am a current graduate student at SU. I will be flying home in December and hence need a sublet for my apartment for the months of December and January. The aprtment number is 557 Columbus Ave. You get an individual room in a 4 bedroom apartment. The room has all the furniture needed and the insulation is very good to keep the cold out. Also, there wont be anyone in the house for the 2 months so it might be that you get the entire house to yourself. Utilities will be split between 4 people. The rent is $200 per month. Free laundry in the basement.
The house is 1 min walk from the Westcott market and restaurants like Papa Johns, Alto Cinco, Dominos etc. Grocery store also in vicinity (1 min walk). Very close to the Centro Bus stop route 530.
