What you see is what you will receive. Been around a long time. Works but is a little stiff. Beginning of ruler is a little scuffed up. Still usable. Fit great in a bag, easy to carry or keep in your car!
Pickup is in the Fairmount area of Syracuse. I am off of West Genesee St, behind Wegmans. Village of Liverpool is also a pickup location during the week before 4pm.
