For sale, a huge assortment of 375 greeting cards dated 1926 to 1952. The cards are used and have some writing on inside or back. Many include envelopes, some with period stamps, some with notes included. They are all in very nice shape. There is a selection of early one-sided post card type cards as well as unique quality birthday and Christmas cards included in later dates. They are organized in the following lots: 44 cards from 1030’s, 15 anniversary cards 1950-52, 35 baby announcements in small stamped envelopes 1940’s & 50’s, 24 get well cards from 1949 all with stamped envelopes, 29 Christmas cards from 1920’s many post card style with minimal writing, 93 mixed greeting cards from 1920’s to 1950’s, 81 couples greeting cards all holidays from 1926 to 1943 many in envelopes with notes and 55 couples greeting cards all holidays from 1944 to 1952 most with envelopes and notes. These cards, some 100 years old would be great for craft projects or reimagined for current use. Stamps are typically 1 and 2 cents with post marks. I am selling the lot for $100 o.b.o.
