I can't tell if this is canvas because I don't want to take it out of this Frame this was at a real estate auction and it was give it to me and I truly have no use for it because most of my wall is of my grandchildren I did do some research this is absolutely gorgeous please look at all the pictures the measurements of the frame is 26 High by 42 wide this will come in bubble wrap paper whatever I can find to make sure that when you get it there's nothing wrong with it it will also come with an additional insurance on it now I've sold a lot of original paintings in the past but if you read the backing of the picture of the authenticity it has more information on this
