Imperial German Long Etched Hunting Dagger. Beautiful, etched German hunting dagger with a 19" blade. Desirable etching is: " Mitt Gott fur Kaiser und Reich " (With God for the Kaiser & the Reich). Some age pitting to blade, but does not interfere with etching. Stag horn grip with 3 brass "buttons" and brass "clam shell", crossguard, and pommel. Scabbard is missing its bottom brass fitting, but is otherwise in good, aged condition. Over all a very nice piece!
