have older boat trailer for sale. tires hold air. has lights on it but needs a new wiring harness. the tong clamp is old and crusty, but it works. the trailer has a long neck on it for 18 foot craft, but could be cut down for smaller boats like 8 to 12 feet. if i keep it i would shorten it for a watercraft. the price is right! no paperwork, you can register it as a homebuilt if you really feel you need to
