Established used auto dealership seeks highly motivated, professional individual with an excellent work ethic to join our long-term team of professionals in the day-to-day operation of our Cortland, NY dealership.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, collection and retention of past due accounts, pleasant demeanor, enjoy working with a diverse clientele, the ability to work individually and as a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills. A valid NYS drivers license is required.
Duties will include but are not limited to greeting customers and assisting them through the application process, answering phones, taking customer payments, calling/visiting and collecting on past due accounts, some sales, other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position; 5-day work week (4 weekdays + Saturday 9am-2pm)
