2010 Ford F-450 XLT 4x4 Wheeled Coach Ambulance – Only 65K Miles – $49,950
Rare opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind 4x4 2010 Ford F-450 XLT Super Duty Ambulance - 6.4L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engine and a Wheeled Coach box, with only 65,000 original miles. This unit is Triple-K Certified and Star of Life Certified, fully operational, and immediately ready for service with any EMS provider or ideal for private conversion use.
This truck has been meticulously maintained and garage-kept since new, serving with an EMS provider in Colorado. The undercarriage is exceptionally clean and rust-free (see photos). . The engine and transmission run strong, with no leaks and no check-engine lights.
The 4x4 system functions perfectly, offering both 4x4 High for adverse conditions and 4x4 Low for more demanding terrain. The rear box operates on air-suspension and can be manually lowered with a button by the rear doors for smooth patient loading or unloading. Every feature in the modular box works flawlessly, including:
- Power inverter and suction
- Exhaust fan
- Wheelen Lighting Sequencer
- Primary and secondary lighting systems inside and out (ALL LED)
- Air and siren horn
- Dual-zone heat and A/C
On the cab side, everything works flawlessly - radio, power windows, heated mirrors with control, auxiliary inputs, heat/A/C, and cruise control. Additional equipment includes an engine block heater and rear backup camera. Tires are in excellent, like-new condition. Something we especially liked about this unit in addition to it being owned by a fire department - 2010 was the final model year before Ford introduced the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) system, meaning this truck runs clean without requiring DEF service or modifications.
