Only supports video pass through up to 1080p - will not work with 4K TVs - well to be 100% accurate, it will still extract the audio just fine from any resolution signal, it just will not output any video if you feed something higher than 1080p into it.
Includes a USB cable and I am also including an AC adapter which it did not come with originally. The included cable really isn't long enough to be very useful anyway. This is a very compact AC adapter and I had it plugged directly into the back of my receiver.
This is essentially new. I used it for about 2 weeks then an upgraded A/V receiver fell into my lap and I can connect directly with HDMI now.
