Here are 2 cans of Saratoga Farms shortening powder. The net weight is
12 oz. Instructions on the can say to mix one cup of powder to one quarter cup of water. This food is good for camping or to have for emergencies. Survival food is good for 25-30 years. A couple of these cans have a packed on date of 3-25-2014. A couple cans don't have a packed on date but do have registration numbers that can be checked. You can buy one or both. These three cans of dehydrated diced carrots weigh 33 oz. each. The directions to rehydrate are to add 3 tablespoons of carrots to 1/2 cup boiling water, then let sit for 15-20 min.
