The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a six drawer dresser and another TV. The a/c unit is new in 2025.
The upper level full bathroom has a double vanity, a walk in shower with triple glass door and a shower seat
There is a large closet/laundry room off of the full bath equipped with a washer and dryer.
All deck furniture, deck boxes, grills, table/chairs/umbrella as well as kitchen equipment, bedding, linens can be included in sale if needed/wanted.
There is a 100 gal propane tank approximately 1/2 full, and Spectrum internet with Wifi Router. Will need accounts with these vendors to provide service.
This paradise is currently on a seasonal site at Oneida Pines Campground in Cleveland NY. Must sign a lease with Campground to retain site.
