Very nice maroon (wine) sofa and loveseat combo set. I can't find a manufacturer's tag anywhere with name on it, but I got it from my aunt a few years back and she only bought very nice, expensive stuff. This is the kind of furniture I could never afford brand new. Both in excellent condition, loveseat has a spot of heat damage on the back near the bottom from sitting too close to a baseboard heater, and it has one small misc hole in the front that I don't recall being there, may have happened in storage (both are pictured). Gave them both a quick clean and thorough check and I can find no other problems anywhere, top or bottom. No rips or tears anywhere. Have been stored dry and secure from rodents for a few years. Tons of life left in this set. Perfect for a first apartment or college dorm. Nice quality furniture that will last.

You must pick it up, I have no way to deliver. Reasonable offers always considered. I actively maintain my listings so if you are seeing this ad then the furniture is still available.
