Bought new from Ashley furniture $650,purchased extended warranty, this happened in an adult home,no pets, seasonaly used, neither Ashley nor the external warranty company would do anything about this. Chair was less than 2 years old!!!
They will tell you anything to sell furniture but it’s nothing but sales pitch,Ashley does not keep their promises or back their products of which most are made in Vietnam and are extremely poor quality
