A very early quartersawn oak armchair that was likely made by one of the Stickley family of craftsmen.
It has a unique through tenoned H base, a design Gustav Stickley used on a bungalow armchair at the beginning of the 20th century.
It's full height with its original worn foot glides. The seat is covered with oilcloth.
It measures 36 inches high, 26 3/8 inches wide and 22 inches deep.
