They have caned wood frame seats and backs on heavy scroll arm wrought iron bases.
These chairs are in excellent condition with only some color variation on the caning.
There is a third chair available (not pictured) that has a couple of small breaks to the caning of the seat but is usable which I would sell for an additional $50.
These heavy, well constructed chairs were sold new in the 1970s for $300 each.
They measure 36" high, 19" wide and 19" deep.
