This stool is in excellent condition, purchased in 2008 for dental hygiene job 1-2 days per week for 6 years. Since 2014 has mostly been unused, but kept in a Physical Therapy Clinic for ergonomic education.
Purchased in 2008 for $440, same stool is currently sold for $1,100. The quality is what you would expect for the cost.
The best part of this stool is what it does for your back. The saddle helps maintain proper hip/pelvis and low back position to reduce back pain. Especially helpful for shorter people who don't fit in typical stools or computer desk chairs. This stool also constantly engages your core to maintain your posture.
