Early 19th century drop leaf table. Versatile & known for its space-saving design & expandability. It features a fixed center section & two hinged "leaves" that can be folded down to hang vertically, or raised to extend the table (and supported by two arms on each side). It can serve as a dining table, a desk, a craft table, a temporary kitchen island, or even a bar for entertaining, adapting to various needs by raising one or both leaves.
