Trachycarpus fortunei palm. Not hardy in CNY but can tolerate temperatures down to 10F provided the roots don’t freeze. The plant is 8’ tall. Please make sure you can accommodate that. I can provide a trash bag to cover the pot and soil so it doesn’t make a mess. The cart at the bottom is not included.
