Forest Egger Roosters! - $15 (Oswego)

These are roosters I chose to part with from my F2 Forest Egger Project Birds (Rare Breed Hybrids) that I’m working on (F2 = Second Filial Generation). I chose to call them Forest Eggers as the hens will lay a variety of different shades/colors typically found all throughout the Forest (greens/blues, olives, browns/mahogany, mauves, terracotta, amber greens, avocado, umbers, cocoas, etc.) with or without speckles. Each hen will lay her own unique egg color, some even having the possibility to have interesting heavy blooms. (The bloom is a protective layer that coats the eggs outer shell overtop their natural color/texture as a way to keep out unhealthy bacterias and can cause the eggs to have a bit more of an either purplish, greyish/silvery, pinky or yellowish hues with the occasional white/lavender etc. spots and so on depending it’s thickness). Each of these fellas carry’s his own unique genetics that could bring something a little extra special to your flock/breeding program.
