I believe they call it a euro style quick attach.
The little bit of damage and repair on it are both on the right side when looking at it from your tractor seat. The 3rd to last pic is the top pin that will need a weld. The last two pics is the repair welds that were done to the bottom of the lower pin/cylinder.
