I put new because it has not been used at all I didn't want to put used and having those think that it was like I said I put the wax in it then my grandbabies showed up hey if you have grandbabies you know they can really make you forget a lot of stuff
This I never got a chance to use I put the wax in then my grandchildren showed up and I totally forgot about it so I put it away and I just found it.

Yes the wax can be melted if you put it on milk wax other than that again this has never been used the bags are there everything is there as it should be I believe
