I’ve just been notified that my rental property is being condemned and I need to relocate immediately. I’m a clean, reliable, incredibly maintenance inclined individual, willing to offer a variety of handy person or repair services in exchange for somewhere to stay temporarily (or even migrate into a lease in a few weeks once the dust from this has settled).
This is a long shot, but the reactive nature of this event has me trying to consider any option available.
