I really just am tired of dealing with crack-pot people online I have cash I will pay months in advance I am just sick of wasting all my money on hotel rooms by week. I'm not great with all the red-tape I like to pay cash and have my space to sleep that's all I really need is a bathroom, kitchen and a place to sleep. Not picky wanting to help someone who needs cash and help myself get a roof over my head.
I relocated from FL a few months ago however I graduated from Liverpool HS in 2012 and grew up in CNY so I'm familiar with the area and how to get by around here. I am a good guy who loves to help on projects big or small, work on cars and machines, and I am not picky about what part of town and it's been hard to find a place because the construction I do is under the table, so I use cash to rent. Happy to take background check and meet to get a feel. I went to college, I'm not a criminal, I can help around the place if necessary or desired.
