We are a couple looking for a house in or around the Fulton area. We are open to a mobile home. If it was the right apartment maybe, yet we are really looking for a stand alone dwelling. Preferably 3 bdrm washer dryer hook up. Ect...We both have employment. I am a journeyman carpenter. Proficient in all aspects of residential. Fixer uppers with the right property maybe....ok. We have a registered lab (1yr old) and two cats. All clean and house broken. We have a 7 year old son. We are not section 8. We will be paying you not the state. Open to land contract or rental.
