I am looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment available to rent. With monthly rent around $600 (including utility), if not heat/electric I can apply for HEAP assistance.
I am on SSI & SSD and monthly budget is up to or around $1,200. I am a single 59 yr old male, extremely quiet, always responsible with paying rent/bills on time, very neat/clean, I don't smoke, and have no pets.
