This is practically a brand new air conditioner that was purchased off the floor from SEARS. MISSING THE SIDE PANELS & REMOTE CONTROL. This is not a small unit, and it is not a super large unit. It's a medium-sized unit so it will cool a good size room.
I never used or installed because I bought it before I realized I couldn't use it with Casement and Awning windows.

Missing Optional Remote: Cost about $20.00 at Amazon.
Missing Side Panels: Cost about $30 - $50
It doesn't need the remote control to function. You could also substitute plexiglass or thin sheets of plywood and place of the side currents. You can even use plastic if you're okay with that.
