I received these blinds in error from Amazon and am outside the return window. The blinds are still in the original packaging and are brand new, never used and never unwrapped. I ordered 23" blinds. They sent me 32" blinds. I'll attach a picture of the Amazon ad, but the one set of blinds I have are 32W x 48H. NOT 23W as shown in the picture.
