We are seeking a reliable, local Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of residential rental properties in Oswego, NY. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for the tenants and help ensure properties are well maintained, and operating smoothly. We currently have a small handful of homes and will need someone local who can support us.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for tenant communication and inquiries
Coordinate maintenance requests and work with local contractors
Conduct property walkthroughs and ensure homes remain in good condition
Monitor lease compliance
Address tenant issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Compensation:
Paid per property managed, with opportunity to grow as the portfolio expands
Qualifications:
Based in or near Oswego, NY
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple properties effectively
Experience with property management, real estate, or maintenance coordination preferred
