Property management company seeking a reliable cleaning business for ongoing apartment turnover cleaning and weekly common area maintenance at 3 apartment buildings (~140 units total) in Syracuse.
This is consistent, year-round contract work — not one-time gigs. We are building a long-term relationship with the right cleaning company or independent operator. Potential to grow as we add properties in the Syracuse area.

SCOPE OF WORK
Apartment Turnovers (as units become available, est. 8–12/month):
• Full move-out cleaning: kitchen, bathroom, appliances inside and out, cabinets, floors, windows, baseboards, closets
• Most units are 1BR and 2BR apartments
• Must be completed within 24–48 hours of notification
Common Area Cleaning (weekly, all 3 buildings):
• Lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms
• Trash room cleaning and dumpster area maintenance
• Common restroom cleaning and restocking
• Light exterior pickup and entry area maintenance

PAY
• Turnover cleaning: $125–$175 per unit depending on size and condition
• Deep cleans / heavy turnovers: $200–$250 per unit
• Common area maintenance: quoted monthly based on property walkthrough
• All work paid per job or per monthly contract — not hourly
• Payment issued within 15 days of invoice (Net 15)

REQUIREMENTS
• Must operate as a registered business (LLC, DBA, or sole proprietorship with EIN)
• Must carry general liability insurance (or be willing to obtain — we can point you to affordable options)
• Own cleaning supplies and basic equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning products)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Able to work independently without on-site supervision
• Cleaning experience required — apartment turnover experience strongly preferred
• Must serve or be willing to serve other clients (we are looking for independent businesses, not employees)
