We are a fast-growing courier company specializing in "last-mile" package delivery services. Due to our rapid business expansion, we are now openly recruiting approximately 10 responsible, motivated, and enthusiastic Independent Contractor drivers. Job Description:
As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently deliver packages from our warehouse to our customers.
Work Model:
Pickup Time: Arrive at the designated warehouse at 6:00 AM to pick up the packages for the day's delivery.
Work Hours: Highly flexible schedule. Your workday ends as soon as you have delivered all of your packages for the day.
Job Type: Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, perfect for those who wish to have control over their own schedule.
Compensation:
Pay Structure: You will be paid on a per-package basis, with a rate between $1.70 and $2.00 per package.
Earning Potential: Depending on your efficiency, you can deliver between 100 and 300 packages daily. The more you deliver, the more you earn—your income potential is unlimited.
Tax Information: You will work with us as an Independent Contractor, and we will issue you a 1099 tax form at the end of the year.
Requirements:
Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
Vehicle: Must own and use your own vehicle for deliveries (sedan, SUV, or van are all acceptable).
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Basic Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
Personal Qualities: Must have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to plan and complete work independently.
