Handyman / Maintenance Man Needed – Syracuse, NY (Part-Time, Flexible)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman/Maintenance Person to help maintain residential rental properties in the Syracuse, NY area.
Work Includes:
* General property maintenance and repairs
* Basic plumbing
* Minor electrical work
* Installing or replacing hot water tanks (experience preferred)
* Drywall, painting, doors, locks, and other general repairs
Schedule:
* Flexible, part-time work
* Typically 3–5 hours per day, about 5 days per week
* Some weekend work may be available as needed
* Great opportunity for someone looking for steady supplemental income
Pay:
* $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
Requirements:
* Previous handyman or maintenance experience
* Reliable transportation
* Own basic tools preferred
* Ability to work independently and complete jobs professionally
* Experience with rental property maintenance is a plus
