Seeking Part-Time or Full-Time Maintenance Tech for downtown Syracuse luxury residential & commercial building. Position would be responsible for the repairs & upkeep of this mixed-use building located in downtown Syracuse. We offer a beautiful, relaxing & positive environment.
Qualified individuals will have the following:
-5 or more years of building/maintenance work (commercial, residential or both)
-The skills & knowledge to fix & repair basic electrical & plumbing
-General handyman work & carpentry
-Capable of lifting & carrying objects of 50lbs or more
-Use of hand tools & power tools
Preferred Skills:
-Plumbing
-Electrical
-Basic knowledge & understanding of HVAC systems (heat pumps, boilers & cooling tower) is helpful
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate with 2 weeks vacation & benefits. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30PM (rotating on-call schedule & training @ 7:30-3:30).
