Job Description:
Tri Star Realty is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Multifamily Renovation Technician to support ongoing renovations and unit turnovers across our properties in Syracuse, NY and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands the standards required in rental property renovations.
The ideal candidate is well-rounded in general construction and capable of handling multiple trades with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in improving property condition, increasing unit value, and ensuring units are rent-ready on schedule.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt in the field, and a commitment to delivering clean, durable, and professional results. Work may involve travel to nearby properties as needed, so reliability and organization are essential.

Responsibilities:
apartment renovations and unit turns
Install tile and flooring
Perform basic plumbing and electrical work
Hang, repair, and finish drywall
Interior painting and general repairs
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Travel between properties as needed
Requirements:
Experience in construction/renovation work
Ability to perform tile, flooring, drywall, paint, and basic plumbing & electrical
Must have own vehicle and basic tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in multifamily properties
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
