We are hiring an Aluminum Wire Cabling Machine Operator to join a production team responsible for combining multiple wire strands into finished cable products while maintaining quality and production standards.
Pay & Schedule
Start at $19.50/hr
+$1 raise after training
+$1.50/hr 2nd shift differential
12–16 weeks training on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift
Overtime available
What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor wire cabling machines
Set up machines and adjust wire tension/alignment
Inspect finished cable for quality and consistency
Perform basic troubleshooting to keep production moving
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year machine operating experience required
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be 18+ years old
Must be available for 2nd shift
