Saga Musical Instruments Kentucky KM-140S mandolin in very good condition with hardshell case. This model features a solid German spruce top. This also has quite low string action so it's easy to play, not like the cheap brands.

Upgraded with $100 cast Allen tailpiece (the original tailpiece is included). Second owner, instrument is 19 years old, but you can tell that it has not been played much at all. Strap and book included. Great transition to playing fiddle / violin since the tuning is the same but you have the benefit of frets to learn and visualize the note locations.

Comes in a top-of-the-line $150 Canadian-made TKL hardshell plush lined case.
