Selling my Roland FD-9 Hi-Hat Controller that came with my Roland TD-11 electronic drum kit. I’ve recently upgraded to a newer model and just want this one out of the studio quickly.

Condition Details:

Functional: The pedal still triggers, but it has the common FD-8 issue where the internal rubber actuator has hardened over time.
The "Issue": It feels stiff and a bit squeaky. It still works, but it doesn't have that smooth, "new" response anymore.
The Fix: This is a very easy project for someone who doesn't mind a quick DIY fix. You can find replacement rubber parts online for cheap, or use the "boiling water" method to restore the original rubber's flexibility.

I don't have the time to take it apart myself, so I'm pricing it low for someone who wants a solid Roland pedal for a fraction of the cost and doesn't mind a 20-minute project. $20 firm. Cash only. Local pick up only. Thanks for looking!
