Do you have a passion for music and a working knowledge of artists across multiple genres?
A growing regional talent agency is seeking a motivated Booking Agent / A&R Representative to join our team immediately.
This is a commission-based position with:
• No commission cap
• Unlimited growth potential
• Flexible, remote-friendly structure
• Opportunity to help shape and grow the roster
Responsibilities include:
• Booking live performances and appearances for artists
• Building and maintaining relationships with venues, promoters, and event organizers
• Identifying and onboarding new talent (A&R)
• Representing artists professionally and advocating for their best interests
Ideal candidates:
• Are confident, personable, and comfortable pitching talent
• Are familiar with a wide range of music genres
• Have strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Are self-motivated and entrepreneurial in spirit
• Prior booking, promotion, or industry experience is a plus—but not required
