This position is located 15 minutes from Syracuse, NY. We are a parts supplier that services customers on a national level.
This customer service position is specific to our parts department. The ideal candidate will work well as a team but also enjoy working independently. We have a fast paced environment; the ability to multitask and have a positive attitude is a must!

This role will focus on customer service to our existing and new customers, orders, inquiries, product troubleshooting and staying up to date on current/new product specifications. Additional tasks as needed based on production.

Other qualifications:
Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to navigate a customer database
Learn new software programs
Learn new products and coordinating parts
Strong time management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
A positive and professional demeanor
Mechanical aptitude helpful but not required
This role is full-time Monday through Friday days.
