The candidate will be responsible day to day administrative duties, tracking deadlines, submitting documents via email and fax, and many other standard responsibilities of an assistant. Experience in an office setting is required. Must be an independent, self-motivated individual who has outstanding organizational skills and is able to work in a busy law practice.
1 year previous experience in a similar role/industry
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Knowledge of how to use an all-in-one printer
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team oriented environment
Must have previous office administration experience
Maintain filing system in the office
Retrieve documents and files as needed
Light accounting duties
Assisting with client reception as needed
Perform general office duties
Maintain office equipment as needed
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Create, edit and update spreadsheets
