There are three properties together amounting to 11 units total. One house has 4 units and the other two houses have 7 units. All the units have separate utilities. Tenants are responsible for their own electric and gas. The properties do need some TLC. Recent work includes new driveway and new roofs on all 3 houses in December of 2024. The total rent is about $4k a month which is way undervalued. There are 3 vacancies at the moment. No interior showings until proof of funds have been verified. Thanks
