This candidate must have the following to succeed:
• Knowledge of heavy duty trucks and/or trailers is preferred
• Prior parts counter experience
• Excellent communication skills with customers and staff
• Attention to detail
• Be able to lift 75lbs
• Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Good computer skills
• Works well within a successful team setting
Primary responsibilities include:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their parts questions and needs, either in person, or via the telephone
• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
