For Sale is a low mileage Ski Doo 800 engine complete with the exhaust 'Y', the starter, flywheel, carbs and its own mounting platform (In case you want to mount it in something other than a Ski-Doo.)

If you're looking for a great replacement engine for your snowmobile or just want to have a spare in case you blow yours up, here it is!

In 2006, I bought a complete, low mileage 2003 Ski-Doo snowmobile to do an engine upgrade in my Aerocruiser Hovercraft. Buying the complete snowmobile and selling the body turned out to be more economical than buying just the engine, as I soon found out.

I'm not too sure what years this will fit, so please research this before you buy.

As luck would have it, I never got around to finishing the project and sold the hovercraft, so the engine has been sitting in storage under some blankets for about fifteen years.

I made it a habit to pull the starter rope whenever I went by it, and the compression is still great. (Feel free to bring a compression tester if you want...)

PLEASE NOTE: The last three photos are the way the engine looks today. There is a little bit of corrosion in certain areas, but it is only on the surface.
