I am selling a teeter hang ups inversion table. Simply strap your feet in and lean back and the table will safely hang you upside down by your feet, allowing you to safely and easily decompress your spine and stretch and crack your back. I have personally used it for numbness and pain related to sciatica to great success. Works wonders for back problems (I have worked in construction for over a decade and this thing has worked miracles on my back). The table is in perfect working condition (works as well as the day I bought it, this thing is built like a tank), only selling it because my physical therapist has one that I use now and I could use the extra space and money.
