I've decided to move the last of my collection. I've built just over 90 self and backed longbows, flatbows, and a few recurves. Not an "expert" but know a bit about watching arrows fly.
I don't own or sell junk and these last 3 recurves and gear are all in fine order.
1968 Groves "Fireline" target bow 69" 30# set up with New Fivics rest and New Shibuya plunger. Spare rest and all original packaging with spare unused parts. Spare Flemish string for this tack driver. Sold for an even $100.00 in the '68 catalog. Dead Straight. Comes with nice padded case.
1960 United States Archery "New Yorker" Zebrawood 66" 35# with new Flemish string and NOS Bear Weatherest. Dead Straight.
1964 Bear "Bearcat" Zebrawood 66" 35# new Flemish string and Bear Weatherest. Dead Straight.
Bows are nice - pictures leave a lot to be desired. In person they're all clean ,solid, and shoot like new.
Gear to add: Custom turkey call - purrs like a kitten and yelps like crazy.
New Lansky broadhead sharpener.
Easton arrow puller
Heavy saddle leather Custom hip quiver
Nocks, broadhead adapters, nockset pliers, accurate taper tool for woodies, etc.
Selling the lot. If you are a traditional enthusiast you know what these vintage bows are worth in nice shape. This is a deal.
