It is a game changer for getting through cold upstate winters.
Heats up quickly (about 5-10 minutes to 140 and stays hot.) Very effective
Selling because I'm moving south and to a smaller apartment.
Location is in Little Falls (near Utica) but expanding posting due to very rural area.
Can be disassembled.
$500 OBO
Only downside is it is compact- can sit comfortably but not stand up completely inside. (I am 5'10") However, it fits unobtrusively in a corner of an apartment.
A few smudge marks on some of the foot and seat boards, but otherwise like new.
