The exhaust port was relocated to the front of the muffler and opened up to 80% of the cylinder head exhaust port diameter. The carburetor was rebuilt with new gaskets and a new diaphragm. The bars roller tip was greased with Oregon grease. The oiler was completed disassembled, cleaned, and tested for proper functionality. The chain was sharpened by hand filing with the proper Oregon guided file setup and is very sharp. Chain has over 80% life remaining. Have only used Echo red armor 2 stroke oil since rebuild.
Aside from the exhaust port work performed, the cylinder head has had no other modifications done to it.
I believe that I have covered everything in this exhaustive ad. When I first acquired the saw it was kind of a dog when it was in the wood. Now this thing starts right up, it runs strong, and is quite loud, it now cuts wood with some serious authority for a 42cc saw! If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.
