Smart Build, LLC is actively seeking insured, experienced subcontractors to join our growing team as we expand our commercial renovation projects across Connecticut.
We’re a family-owned renovation company specializing in interior and exterior upgrades for apartments, hotels, and nursing facilities. With over 600+ apartment units to renovate in 2025, we are building our network of trade partners for steady, long-term collaboration.

Full kitchen replacements
Cabinet door replacements
Interior & exterior painting
Flooring (LVT & tile)
Plumbing & electrical fixture upgrades
HVAC installation
Granite countertop installation
Siding, roofing & door replacement
Common area/lobby fit-outs
Our current renovation rate is 4–10 units per month, and we are scaling fast. We’re looking for subcontractors who understand how to work in occupied apartment communities and deliver clean, on-time work.
